The Campaign Period begins at 00:00:00 on November 1, 2023, and concludes at 23:59:59 on April 30, 2024.
4. Eligibility
This Campaign is open to individuals aged 18 and above, residing in Malaysia, including residents, work permit holders, and valid Malaysia pass holders, at the start of the Campaign Period. Participants must possess valid identification documents and residential addresses in Malaysia. The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of identification documents.
5. Lucky Draw
A chance to win 3000 prizes and the exclusive Limited Edition MOMA x Neelofa Twilly worth RM129! During the Campaign Period, there will be 3000 randomly drawn prizes on 12 occasions, with 250 winners selected each time on the following dates:

6. Participation Method
6.1 Purchase MOMA water from Participating Outlets
Step 1 – Purchase and Obtain a Receipt
(a) To enter the Lucky Draw and submit an entry, participants must purchase a minimum of RM60 worth of MOMAwater (300mL, 500mL, or 1500mL) from any participating outlets within Malaysia during the Campaign Period (mixed SKU allowed). This purchase must be made in a single receipt. The original receipt serves as evidence of the purchase for entry.
(b) Only official printed receipts with clear purchase details will be accepted, handwritten or manual receipts are not valid.
(c) The receipt must include the purchase date, product details, purchase amount, receipt number, and the outlet’s name and/or logo.
Step 2 – Submit the Receipt and Participate in the Campaign
There are three methods for entering the Campaign:
(a) Participants can send the receipt image via WhatsApp to +6012 812 2533. Participants will then be instructed to provide their full name and address through WhatsApp.
(b) Participants can scan the QR code on (i) the MOMA x Neelofa labels of the purchased MOMAwater; or (ii) the in-store Point of Sale materials for the Campaign.
(c) Participants can visit momawater.com/neelofa.
For (b) and (c), participants will be directed to a landing page where they will need to provide their full name, email address, telephone number, and submit a photo of the receipt for verification purposes.
Multiple entries are permitted, but each unique receipt qualifies for a single valid entry. A receipt will be deemed invalid if it is illegible, altered, duplicated, tampered with, obtained through illegitimate means, contains printing errors, typographical errors, mechanical defects, unclear printing, or lacks essential information or necessary proof of purchase as required.
6.2 Purchase MOMAwater Online
For every purchase of MOMAwater (300mL, 500mL, or 1500mL) worth RM60 and above on shopee [shopee.com.my/momaspace], participants will automatically enter the Lucky Draw (mixed SKU allowed). Prizes will be delivered to the registered address provided on shopee. No extra information is required.
7. Prize Distribution
Prizes will be sent to registered addresses within one month after the draw dates. Prizes cannot be transferred, assigned, exchanged, or redeemed in any other form aside from what’s specified in the Terms and Conditions.
8. Multiple Entries
Participants are encouraged to submit multiple times to enhance their chances of winning. The more entries submitted, the greater the chance of winning through the Lucky Draw.
9. Ineligible Participants
The following individuals are ineligible to participate:
(a) Employees of the Organiser (including its affiliated and related companies) and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers, sisters, including spouses);
(b) Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or Campaign service providers of the Organiser (including its affiliated and related companies) and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers, sisters, including spouses);
(c) Individuals who are restricted by the laws of their country of citizenship, residency, or domicile from engaging in games of chance.
10. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via your registered email or WhatsApp. If contact cannot be established, reasonable efforts will be made to reach them through alternative means.
(a) If the Organiser is unable to reach the participants through their registered email, such as in the case of an invalid or incorrect email address, reasonable efforts will be made to establish contact using the provided contact details, if available. This may include multiple email attempts or contacting the participants via telephone.
(b) In the case of telephone contact, if the initial attempt to reach the eligible winner is unsuccessful due to reasons such as no response, an inactive telephone number, or a connectivity issues, the Organiser will make two (2) additional attempts within the following 24 hours from the first call. If these attempts are unsuccessful, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the eligible winner and select an alternative prize winner.
The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the winner cannot be contacted due to circumstances beyond their control.
11. Prize Delivery and Damages
The Organiser holds no liability for missed delivery dates. Damaged, lost, or stolen prizes during delivery are not replaceable, and the Organiser disclaims responsibility for such issues.
12. General Terms
(a) The Organiser reserves the right to modify Terms and Conditions without prior notice. By participating, participants agree to share their details with agents, sponsors, and representatives.
(b) The Organiser highly values all personal information received and commits not to disclose or provide the participant’s personal information to any unrelated third parties, except for their respective agents and agencies for Campaign-related purposes and when required by law. The Organiser will handle all collected personal information, including personal data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
(c) The Organiser can modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign due to technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
(d) Fraudulent activities will result in legal action.
(e) Participants must ensure accuracy in their registered address; incorrect addresses are not the Organiser’s responsibility.
(f) The Organiser’s judgment on all matters concerning the Campaign is final, definitive, and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
(g) All Campaign materials, including instructions on How to Participate and Prize details, are integral to these Terms and Conditions. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, Campaign, or publicity materials related to the Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.
(h) This Campaign and the associated Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
