Accessibility

Clarity is for everyone

The same care that goes into the water goes into how this site reads, navigates and behaves — for every visitor, on every device.

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this website comfortably — including people who rely on assistive technology, keyboards, or reduced-motion settings. We design and build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and treat that as a standard to hold, not a box to tick.

What the site does

  • Structure: semantic landmarks and headings throughout, with a “skip to content” link as the first element on every page.
  • Contrast: the palette is contrast-checked — body text and interface colours are chosen to meet AA on both dark and light panels.
  • Keyboard: navigation, menus, videos and forms are operable by keyboard, with visible focus states.
  • Motion: animations and the ambient films respect your system’s reduced motion preference — with it enabled, films are replaced by a still frame and content appears without movement. Nothing autoplays with sound.
  • Media: images carry descriptive alternative text, and videos load only when you choose to play them.
  • Forms: every field is labelled, errors are announced, and enquiries can equally be sent by email or WhatsApp instead.

Known limitations

Film content is played through YouTube’s embedded player, whose controls are provided by a third party; its accessibility is largely outside our control. If a video is a barrier for you, contact us and we will help directly.

Tell us when it falls short

If any part of this site is difficult for you to use, that matters to us. Write to hello@momawater.com and tell us the page and what got in the way — we will respond, and fix what we can.
