Why we leave minerals to your plate.

The promise

The appeal of mineral water is intuitive: that the minerals dissolved into it are a benefit — that what the water carries does your body good.

The problem

That mineral content is uncontrolled and variable. It shifts with the ground the water moved through, with season, with batch. You cannot manage a dose you cannot measure or repeat.

The point

Nutrition is the job of your plate — where intake is known, balanced and deliberate. Water’s job is to be clean, consistent and clear. So we take ours to near-zero, on purpose.

Near-zero TDS (< 5 mg/L) is the feature, not the flaw.

The proof is the number.

We do not keep score against other countries. We measure the water — and publish it. For a brand built on purity, the total-dissolved-solids figure is the whole argument: there is almost nothing in here but water.

With almost nothing dissolved in it, the water carries no taste and no colour of its own — so it changes nothing it touches. The coffee tastes of the coffee; the dish, of the dish. And because hardness is simply dissolved mineral salt, near-zero TDS means effectively zero hardness — no limescale in a kettle, no spots on a glass.

What the eye cannot see

The future of water is what is not in it.

The contaminants that now worry the world are the ones you will never taste, smell or see — among them PFAS, the “forever chemicals” that ordinary filtration struggles to catch. The threat has moved to a scale below perception.

Reverse osmosis answers at that scale. At 0.0001 micron, the membrane is so fine that essentially only the water molecule passes — so what should not be there is left behind by physics, not by hope.
