It begins with aeration
So MOMA starts with air. Fine bubbles rise through the first tank and lift those traces out — the water is already cleaner before filtration even begins.
The Clarity Process
MOMA is made, not collected. Five careful stages, checked on every batch, take the water to near-zero. The process is everything we do — so we gave it a name.
Process over source
Spring water changes with the ground it passes through, the season and the year. A process does not change.
Because MOMA is made the same way every time, every bottle is the same as the last — wherever it is made, however far it travels. That is what a process can promise.
The result
total dissolved solids — near-zero, by design
TDS measures how much dissolved matter a water carries. MOMA’s is below 5 mg/L — near zero. In plain terms: almost nothing in the bottle except water.
The five stages
The line itself — the label laid on, the seal placed, every bottle watched without pause.
So MOMA starts with air. Fine bubbles rise through the first tank and lift those traces out — the water is already cleaner before filtration even begins.
Water is forced through a membrane at 0.0001 micron — so fine that essentially only the water molecule passes. The water leaves at near-zero TDS.
Ultraviolet light and ozone finish the water with not a single chemical added. The ozone then reverts to pure oxygen — leaving nothing behind but water.
Japanese-engineered online monitoring reads the water in real time, parameter by parameter — without pause.
MOMA is made in South-East Asia’s first fully-automated facility, where we mould and camera-inspect our own bottle and its cap, then fill it sterile on one untouched line.

Stage three — the process theatre
After the membrane, the water passes under ultraviolet light — a final sterilisation with not a single chemical added. It happens to glow the exact blue we have made our own.
Nothing is added, and nothing is left behind.
In plain terms
MOMAwater is purified — not sourced — to near-zero total dissolved solids (< 5 mg/L), through The Clarity Process. It begins with aeration; reverse osmosis at 0.0001 micron then takes the water to near-zero TDS; ultraviolet light and a post-RO ozone guard sterilise it with no chemical added — the ozone reverting to pure oxygen; and every batch is watched in real time by Japanese-engineered monitoring.
The result is the same in every bottle, regardless of where or when it is made — clean, consistent, and free of the variability that comes with a natural source. Purified and tested beyond what drinking-water regulations require, held to internationally recognised food-safety standards, and quality assured on every batch.
MOMA is made in Sibu, Sarawak, has been the Official Water Partner of the Michelin Guide Kuala Lumpur & Penang for its 2023–2025 editions, and is available in 300mL, 500mL and 1500mL.
Near-zero TDS, proven on every batch — in 300mL, 500mL and 1500mL.
