- Why is near-zero TDS better for fine dining?
- With near-zero total dissolved solids (< 5 mg/L), the water carries no mineral taste of its own — so it never competes with the wine, the tea or the dish. It is a clean slate for the table, which is exactly what a serious kitchen wants.
- Is the water soft? Will it scale machines?
